• Gremlins 2 NES Industry Promotional Video (Official)
  This is a quite rare promotional video that was given to potential retailers and vendors for the NES Gremlins 2 video game. This type of promo video is actually quite common in many industries, especially the video game market. The biggest difference is the distribution method, this video was originally a videocassette mailed out with the flyer shown at 1:35, whereas most companies simply host a video on their website and then send an email out to prospective retailers or vendors telling them where to find it. Very nice find by Sacha Feiner!
  

 

 

• Hot Cold Sodas and Cold Hot Popcorn (Fan Made Video)
  This is a clever fan-made video featuring the Hulkster in a techno remix with a bunch of Gremlins 2 clips, reinventing Hulk Hogan’s famous cameo in Gremlins 2: The New Batch. After a few viewings this track actually gets in your head pretty nicely. Thanks to Lucifer Sam for the heads up!
  

• Michael Winslow Gremlin Prank Phone Call  (Live Stand Up Clip)
  The legendary man of a thousand voices (and even more sound effects) Michael Winslow in a stand up clip where he describes a prank phone call where he decides to be a Gremlin. Very hilarious clip! However, he claims he was Stripe in the movie Gremlins, but the credits claim that Stripe’s voice was done by Frank Welker. Possible mistake on Winslow’s part? or is there more to the story? Stay tuned! Thanks to Lucifer Sam for this great clip!
  

• Lucifer Sam Gremlins Drum Demo (Fan Made Video)
  Here, one of our regular readers, Lucifer Sam shows off his drumming skills by playing the surprisingly complex Gremlins Rag from the original Gremlins film! Quite an impressive display of drumming talent, and worth a viewing!

• Gremlins – Drinking Public Service Announcement (Official PSA -1984/85 )
  During the 2008 Summer Megaparty, spiritual sister site X-entertainment had a special post about this fantastic Public Service Announcement featuring everyone’s Favorite Gremlins!

• Gremlins 3 Fan-Made Teaser Trailer (Fan Made Video)
  This is a very well done teaser trailer by Madrex2001 on Youtube. Keep in mind this is just fan-made, and is in no way official or indicative of a third gremlins film being made or confirmed.

• The Brain Gremlin Singing “Blood” (Fan Made Video)
  While I am not the world’s biggest My Chemical Romance fan, I can appreciate the video creator’s love for gremlins and the deleted scenes that are used to make this video. Here, everyone’s favorite Tony Randall-voiced Gremlin sings “Blood” a short song by My Chemical Romance, whom I have heard is pretty popular in this day and age.

• Gremlins 2 for Game Boy(Video Game Clips submitted by batgremlin)
  One of our regular readers, “Batgremlin” made and sent us some links to fantastic video of Gremlins 2: The New Batch for the original Mustard-coloured Game Boy. The game is a very loose adaption of the movie, but is one serious challenge for any Gremlins enthusiast to play through!

• Pets Toe Performed by G3 (Fan Made by Hibiki) (Note: Contains Mature Lyrics)
  This is one of my favorites, and is crunktastically fun to watch, as silly as it is.
  Normally, I won’t post videos with mature lyrics, but this one is beyond appropriate.
  For those curious, and not into the “Crunk” scene, it’s the song Let’s Go by Trick Daddy.

• Come Out & Play (Fan Made by GoNagai)
  There are tons of fan-tribute music videos, but only a small fraction of those have enough effort and care behind them to be considered decent….this is one of the gems I found co-starring CRITTERS!

• Gremlins Trailer (Official – 1984)
  Here is one of the original trailers for Gremlins that aired on TV and most likely, in the theatres to promote the film. The trailers of the 80s had a very different vibe than they do nowadays.

• Gremlins 2 TV Promo (Official – 1990)
  This short TV spot was was aired after Gremlins 2 had been released in theatres for a while, to draw new viewers in without spending a boatload of cash on a full minute or so trailer.

• Gremlins 2 for NES in 7m 5seconds (Fan Made by Taipion)
  I am not really a big fan of using hacks, tools, or exploits to achieve a high score/record time in a game, but this video is impressive nonetheless and gives those that never got a chance to play the game a good feel of how it looks and sounds. Gremlins 2 was regarded as arguably one of the most fun movie-based action games out there, and for good reason. What other game has gremlins, bouncing tomatoes and conveyor belts leading into pits of lava with spikes in them, all in a downtown manhattan office building?!

• Juggernaut Vs. Gizmo (Fan Made by SonicGodzillaFan)
  Here we have a short fight between Gizmo and The Juggernaut of Marvel fame. M.U.G.E.Nis a PC fighting engine that is styled after the Capcom fighting games, that has been modified and expanded upon by many users to add their favorite characters from movies, music, and most commonly, other video games.In response to a few questions I have been asked by readers, the author states that the background is from Gremlins: Stripe Vs Gizmo for NES or SNES, but the Stripe Vs Gizmo game was only released for Game Boy Advance.

• Whose Line Is It Anyway? w/Gremlins! (Television Clip)
  This is a clip from the American version of “Whose Line Is It Anway”, an improvisational comedy show. This clip’s game is called Hollywood Director, where one of the participants is the director who changes the style of the scene every so often to hilarious effect. In this scene, “rival biker gang leaders are facing off in a dramatic race……” We also get treated to one of the best gremlin imitations that has been seen on the show…

• Gremlins Parody from Spitting Image (Parody TV Clip- 1984??)
  This has to be one of the most interesting clips I have found online.
  Spitting Image was a show that ran from 1984-1996 and was a british satire show, similar to the US’ Saturday Night Live. Spitting Image primarily centered around political satire, as can be seen in this clip that spoofs Gremlins!
  For more information on Spitting Image check out Spitting Image’s IMDB Entry or The Museum Of Broadcast Communications. I have yet to learn what the references are all to, but I am sure one of my loyal readers will fill me in!

• Gizmo Sings And Dances For You! (Fan Made by topdollar2691)
  Here is the “Dancing Gizmo” toy in action! The toys can still be found on ebay and various sites around the internet if you haven’t gotten your hands on one yet.

• Tribute To Daffy (Fan Tribute by SWJava)
  The song playing is Gremlins…Mega Madness by Michael Sembello which was featured in the original Gremlins film during the “Dorry’s Pub” scene.

• Gremlins Reference On The Simpsons(TV Show Clip)
  Seeing as how the Simpsons movie did quite well in theatres, I would like to bring your attention to this Simpsons Gremlins reference. This one deals with Homer thinking he is going to get to meet the “Gremlins from the Gremlins movie”….

• Gremlins On Family Guy (TV Show Clip)
  On the prime time cartoon “Family Guy” which features a constant barrage of non sequiturs, there was a quite surprisingly juicy Gremlins reference. What was even more surprising was the correct pronounciation of “Mogwai” and the microwave scene reference. In fact, one of the script writers must be a real Gremlins fan, or else they would probably have called it a “mugwump” or something along those lines….
