The game was never produced but the guys over at http://www.atarigames.com posted this concept art, giving us insight on how it would have looked had it been produced.
Apparently, the game was quite far along in development, but was cancelled eventually.. 
And if you follow the link, you can watch a video of the game in action!
if anyone has any information on this game, or has played the prototype, please let me know ASAP!
